The Wedding and Venues Show at Newcastle Racecourse is the wedding exhibition of the season, giving wedding suppliers and wedding venues the opportunity to showcase their business and connect with local brides from around the North East

Wedding Fairs North East held the première of this fantastic wedding fair in October 2013, and it was a great success with many exhibitors providing glowing testimonials. There were a further 5 consecutive years of extremely successful Wedding & Venues Shows and we now return in 2024 after the hiatus of the pandemic.

In 2024 and 2025  we are estimating 100 Exhibitors, 80 Wedding Services and app 20 venues from across the North East where you can have a fantastic day with your friends in addition to the exhibitor element!

We charge visitors a ticket/ admission fee to ensure the engaged couples you speak to at this wedding show are serious potential customers, saving your precious time, effort and marketing resources.

Our marketing is targeted to attract both decision makers, enabling many exhibitors to make sales on the day of the event.
