The Parlour at Blagdon is a unique and idyllic wedding venue available with exclusive use for the entire day. This secluded oasis
is located on the Blagdon Estate in Northumberland but only 10 minute drive north of Newcastle.

Tie the knot in their stunning converted smithy and then enjoy relaxing in our landscaped gardens and beautiful Willow room.

Their highly professional events team have a wealth of knowledge and expert hands-on experience which will help you plan and organise your perfect Wedding day.

A rustic, romantic setting with superb food, the highest levels of service and crisp white linens.

A charming, shabby-chic appeal and intimate surroundings make this countrified location the perfect venue.

Their idyllic outdoor areas are the perfect surroundings for you and your day guests to enjoy reception drinks and canapés before being invited into the stunning Willow Room for the Wedding Breakfast.

During the day you’ll also have the Parlour Bar to cater for drinks as well as additional indoor seating alongside the Brasserie and Garden Room.

Your own Master of Ceremonies, provided by The Parlour, will guide you seamlessly through the day and attend to your every need including any announcements you require.

As you create your own day, special to you, firstly you can choose as to whether you wish to have a selection of canapes throughout your drinks reception this is then followed by a wedding breakfast of either a Traditional 3 or 4 course choice meal, Afternoon tea or their Estate Lunch all of which are created by our dedicated kitchen team and produced using the finest quality ingredients.

You then can choose whether to enjoy their fantastic gardens with maybe a cocktail or a glass of prosecco. You can also choose from a selection of wine during your wedding breakfast and even a glass of Prosecco for the Toast.

Your Evening Reception will be hosted in The Willow Room with its own bar, it has a a dance floor area and all packages include their resident DJ who will play your first dance and can either take requests from you of your favourite songs in advance or you can ask on the evening itself.  If you’d prefer to use your own band or DJ  they also have an entertainment licence through until midnight and can apply for a late licence till 1am if you’d like to keep partying until later!

During your evening you will then have a choice of which evening buffet to offer your guests.
